For clients who want you to handle everything from concept to completion. Available for multi‑room refurbishments and whole‑home projects.

This service will typically include:

• Initial briefing, site visit and measured survey.

• Concept design for each space and overall look & feel.

• Detailed interior layouts and, where required, interior architectural plans.

• Full furniture, lighting and finishes specification for all agreed spaces.

• Procurement management (ordering, tracking, coordination with suppliers).

• Liaison with contractors and trades on design intent.

• Site visits at key stages to review progress against the design.

• General project management

• Styling and final dressing (where required).

Fees are tailored to the size and complexity of your project and are usually based on a combination of fixed fee per design stage and a percentage of the overall project value for procurement and project management.
